Jen “Odd” Glantz here! Daydreaming about odd jobs to share with you because I have two main goals with this newsletter:
To highlight the odd ways people make their side cash, main cash, too much cash
To find you ways to actually make money - especially if you’re someone who gets bellyaches thinking about how much you despise your day job.

Odd Ways You Can Make $$$$$ Drinking Wine
A 6-figure a year gig at a winery where you also get to live rent FREE
I know this sounds like a scam or too good to be true. But it’s for real and they are accepting applications until April 2nd. SO if this screams “Me!” apply now.
The gig pays $10k a month + free rent in Sonoma.
What will you be doing? The gig includes:"pivoting your career/life to create an adventure of a lifetime in the wine industry, acquiring strong knowledge of vineyards, winery operations, and wine in general," and "learning the growing and dynamic world of E-commerce."
Sounds good? Here’s where you can submit your app.
Become a wine reviewer or tester
No official gig here but you can create a profile on a research or testing site like:
And wait till they post wine review gigs. Then you’d get paid to test the wins and give honest feedback.
Sell wine and earn cash
If there’s a brand of wine you like, check to see if they have an affiliate program. Here are some to check out too:
Cellars Wine Club: Offers a 15% starting commission for affiliates who refer new subscriptions.
Wine Awesomeness. Affiliates receive a $10 commission for every new subscription and 15% revenue on weekly wine packs.
PureWine.Affiliates receive a 15% commission on sales of the wine.
Become a wine guide
I found this place called Traveling Vineyard that pays you to do in-home wine events or tours. It’s a good remote-ish option. Check it out!
