Odd Ways to Literally Get Paid to Party:

I’m planning a big celebration for my birthday this year and in the process of doing this, I’m seeing how many crazy odd ways there are to get paid to party - or be at someone’s party - or offer a unique service at their party.

I want a magic show at my birthday (LOL) and magicians are charging me $500-$850 for a 90-minute experience. I’ll write about this gig soon.

Atmospheric Model

What the heck is this:

Atmosphere models are hired for party buses, nightclubs, cabanas, draft parties, corporate events, charity events, poker events, in-suite parties, and VIP Parties. A business person who wants to make their clients feel happy and excited will hire atmosphere models for their events. The models are not expected to do anything other than socializing with guests and spend time with them.

How much can you make?

$200-$300 a night

Details here.

Club Promoter

What the heck is this:

As a club promoter it’s your job to get as many people through the doors of a designated nightclub as possible. You’d basically have to create your own guest list and ensure that tonnes of people turn up to the club on a specific night.

How much can you make?

On average, $700/week.

Rent a Friend

What the heck is this:

Some people want to party but they don’t want to head out solo. That’s where you can come in as their social buddy / rented friend for the night. It’s a great gig if you’re social, love parties, and can make other people feel included.

How much can you make?

On average, $100-$250 a night.

Details here.

Rent a Bridesmaid

What the heck is this:

I started Bridesmaid for Hire, 7-years-ago, so people who needed bridesmaids could hire them. SO if you’re someone who loves weddings and can be the life of the party for a stranger’s big day, this might be the gig for you.

How much can you make?

$2,000+ a wedding

Details here.

Professional Wingwoman

What the heck is this:

It’s a person you can hire as your dating sidekick, teaching you flirting tips, practicing body language, optimizing your dating profile, helping you with conversations, and so much more.

How much can you make?

Here are some examples:

Hire a WingWoman charges $72 an hour, with a two-hour minimum—every half hour after that costs $32.
